BinSolver is operated by Welltyped Systems, ABN 31 341 407 140, Australia.

1. Usage-Based Billing

BinSolver charges for paid usage based on your plan and request volume. You are responsible for charges incurred by your account, including any taxes or fees required by law.

2. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for usage already delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support within 14 days of the charge. If an error is confirmed, we may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion, except where refunds are required by law.

3. Free Tier

Accounts on the free tier are not billed. If you upgrade to a paid plan, charges will apply to usage after the upgrade.
