By accessing and using BinSolver ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
"BinSolver," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Welltyped Systems. "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service. "Content" includes data, inputs, outputs, and materials you submit to the Service.
BinSolver provides bin packing optimization solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt or overload the Service, reverse engineering the Service or its algorithms, accessing the Service without authorization, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid usage is billed based on your plan and request volume. You authorize us to charge your payment method for usage fees, taxes, and applicable charges. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to code, algorithms, designs, and text, are the exclusive property of Welltyped Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited license to process your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to submit your Content.
Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Welltyped Systems, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welltyped Systems from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your Content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will do so.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, in Melbourne.
